This will solve 2 problems. 1. The 2 party system will be removed, and 2. A single term will ensure that no party holds a nation hostage for two terms, i.e. 8 years.

Not at all. If we should make that mistake and God forbid we happen to have another President like Nana Addo our suffering will be prolong beyond reasonable.
