My people are very ignorant of things. Next if BNI, POLICE or any security or so comes to your domain to effect arrest. He may claim to be govt agent, that notwitstanding, you have the right to ask the person effecting the arrest to identify himself. If he does not, you have to raise the alarm as he may be a thief, a kidnapper. Govt officials effecting any arrest need to identify themselves by showing an ID, otherwise if in your house you can kill the person for being a kidnapper, a thief etc. Dont just allow a neighbour to be taken away at the middle of the night by anyone who does not show any ID. Als take the numberplates of the cair car or quickly take a snapshop with your phone

Also, is that how police officially arrest a person, let alone a common civilian ‘suspect’? You crush into someone’s compound and snatch a person out at 2 am? Really?

Then the family trusted they were cops indeed because they had uniforms on? Hopping from police station to police station to query after what they had witnessed, instead of lunching a formal complain to the police. Quite stupid if you ask me.

What if a disguised criminal bandit picked him up and end up killing or harming him? God forbid but the whole story sounds like an abduction to me——by police or not.What a sick nation!
