As a journalist, your first responsibility is to present informed reportage. Before you say anything, do your research, talk to the right people for the answers before you speak. Let me educate so you can have some sense ... the ECG is working on replacing 630 old transformers with newer ones in order to meet growing demands. This is a good thing because ECG is being proactive. Instead of you educating the masses about this development, you're inciting people. Or you could've contacted ECG for facts before you speak ...
