Watch his video. He said it himself. He is using the money to build a hostel to rent out to KNUST students since he stays at Kotei.

The place doesn't even look neat for people to waste their money on that and couldn't he has used a common bleach and water to clean the property before this useless video, Ghanaweb or whatever you call yourself?

Black people (us) in general and especially those in Africa are always rich in investments and poor in cash. That's from the leaders to the bottom, you see the same everywhere. And just check our counterparts, rich in cash and poor in investments so we always run to them for bailout. When are we gonna learn because this guy l bet you after finishing this project can't maintain it. Well God bless our homeland oo.
