In 1802 when a plan was proposed to build a train tunnel under the sea (75 meters below the sea bed) to connect England to France, most people saw it as madness or an impossibility.
Yet, almost 2 centuries later, it was achieved. Construction started in 1988 and the tunnel was completed in 1994. This channel transports cars, people and freight from France to England and vice in record time.
Let's not despise Cheddars proposal. It is feasible and laudable. We must be adventurous.

Maybe as others claim ,he got these harebrained ideas from Netflix movies. I personally think he has always had fevered mind that is constantly bursting with ideas ,both good and bad. He is also very impulsive (not a good character trait to have if you want to be a leader of a country like Ghana). If he had studied advanced science he would probably be an engineer today with patents to his name or if he was a musician he would be on the top 10 charts today. In some way he is a genius but geniuses don't generally make good Presidents.
