Ghanaian drivers blew horn on you when you are crossing the road and in the middle of it.
They are so stupid that their illusion is that a pedestrian vanishes at the moment he sees a moving vehicle, so he will not be at the sport they saw him and drive over it.
Most of the time I blame the police who stood by on concerned when our drivers behaved in such uncivilized manner, leading to the lost of lives.
I went to an ILO course with a coworker in May, 1991 in Zimbabwe, and his foot was on the road when the green light came on for the vehicles.
He panicked, but I told him to move on. The vehicles stopped behind the zebra crossing and moved as we crossed the road.

This guy is broke and can't even compensate those he's caused damage and trauma to. So a civil suit must be instituted at whoever gifted him the car for culpability because they ought to have known, given his nuisances, mental issues etc that he was unfit and irresponsible to control a motorized automobile. No precautions were taken to ensure he will not be behind the driving steering.

Mob or vigilante justice is done in primitive nations and that must stop . Let the legs system work in Ghana . Even though Ghana legal system has its own flaws , it is better that the vigilante justice . Why should a suspect be tired to vehicle tyres , doused with gasoline and set on fire? Is this the behavior of normal citizens? This must stop . People caught in administering that type of justice must be made to undergo the same punishment.
We must be civil.
