Teachers, advise yourselves. No one fights for your interest. There are over 40 MPs in Parliament who were once teachers but today, none speaks for you. Don't back off the strike! Don't let anyone intimidate you! When CETAG defied the court order and failed to go to the classroom, were they arrested? You even have the numbers to do more! Today see the allowances they're enjoying! Their effort paid! What is good for the goose, is good for the gander! The Union Leaders should push harder! Don't go to school until your demands are met! Mind you! You're fighting for a better future. Yes! A future that wouldn't make you feel miserable when you go on retirement. My son is a teacher so I know his conditions. I look at my other 7 children who're in different professions and doing well then I know all is not well for my son. Meanwhile, with his level of intelligence and dedication to work, if he had chosen a different profession, he would have financially excelled! Kofi, I like you and God bless you! Teachers, don't succumb to that silly axiom that Your Reward Is In Heaven. Your marriages, finances, life and social lives are tearing apart so fix them!
