In the nineties, a school mate of ours who had worked closely with pastors kept telling us how crooked a lot of them are. I thought it was a case of giving them a bad reputation till I started reading about their activities in the media.

No wonder. Jesus's harshest criticisms were reserved for the religious leaders of his day. You will never hear today's pastors or prophets preach about those criticisms in their church. There's also a deliberate attempt to suppress outspoken church members when our Lord Jesus himself was outspoken while on earth here.

It's a shame.
