You are 100% right bro..As much as it’s painful truth, I think majority of Ghanaians don’t take their health serious..People die too young in Ghana all because majority of Ghanaians don’t take their healthcare serious.. ...

You are 100% right bro..As much as it’s painful truth, I think majority of Ghanaians don’t take their health serious..People die too young in Ghana all because majority of Ghanaians don’t take their healthcare serious..A lot of Ghanaians eat heavy food and lack the discipline to exercise at the gym or field..Currently I have some friends and family whom I always have arguement and *fighting* with them on the phone simply because they refuse to even go for a common check ups..most Ghanaians will never go for a check up until they are seriously sick..Ghanaians need to change their habit of just eating heavy foods without exercising..Even a car needs servicing, how much more human beings..Am so sad because KODA is an icon and hope for tadi and the western region..
