My advise to anyone who wants to build a rental property in Ghana, please think twice or three times. Building a rental property in Ghana is a losing proposal.

KSM, nobody is forcing anybody to rent a house they cannot afford. Cut your coat according to your cloth. What you said is as absurd as saying that some car manufacturers charge too much money for their cars!
