I understand your frustration but remember that there's always an exception to everything in life and This Icon Steve case is an example. That said how would know if the citizenship was given to him few years ago and all he had was to come to his Ancestral home to swear and oath. I heard Steve Wonder in an interview, read in a magazine where he talked highly about Ghana and Africa as a whole and willing to retired here oneday.
