  It is not the duty of the government to manage their day-to-day life activities, but it is the responsibility of the ministry to come out with policies that can provide some level of security for them in their retirement. We have to bear in mind that these people are not engage in the regular 9 to 5 kind of employment so they may not contribute to the social security pool and so it is the responsibility of the ministry to structure a security system for them to contribute into for their future. These are some of the reasons I believe such ministries were created. Oh my God please take care of this man. I just sheard tears.
