You clearly don't make any sense. You still have not stated why those items are stuck at the harbour. It's nothing but a display of gross incompetence for any agency or business to import items without having the necessary funds to clear those items upon their arrival. Too many folks have been used to getting their goods out through corrupt ways, including getting letters from corrupt government officials to help them circumvent the custom duties. If the agencies that ordered these goods were to follow proper procedure and pay the necessary sums to clear their goods, those goods would not be sitting at harbour all this time. Trying to blame Mahama is akin to Akufo-Addo and his thieving nation-wreckers constantly scapegoating Mr. Corona and his wife Covid-419 for for Ghana's economy descending into a comatose state, when most Ghanaians already know that the economy has collapsed because of Julor House looting and gross incompetence. When these companies and agencies ordered their goods, didn't they know they would have to pay a specific amount to clear those goods? Why import goods without budgeting for the clearance of those goods? You're making useless noise just like Tracey and her Berlin train station noise.

Tema port required expansion and Ghana government could not get any good financing model to do it. The Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model was presented by the French billionaire and accepted. Tema port was expanded and he has the opportunity to operate it for 20 years and transfer it back to Ghanaians. Since NPP came to power in Jan 2017, how many V8 cars have they not imported and cleared for use? But medications to save the live's of babies in villages can go waste. Tracy is here talking about Ghana not owning the port and thus cannot clear the Global Fund supplies. Is Takoradi port also owned by the French billionaire? If not because of incompetence, why did the health minister not request the shipment to be routed to Takoradi? If building a port is easy, why has NPP appointed a C.E.O for Keta port for almost 8 years but cannot even build a landing plier. Bush people who will not seek enlightenmen small.
