  Our youth need to understand and appreciate that the only way to build wealth,financial security and a good career or vocation is to do so ON A FIRM AND SOLID FOUNDATION THROUGH: 1.Honest Hard work. 2.Patience ,3.Courage, 4.Endurance and Tenacity 5.Discipline and Frugality( i.e economizing and not wasting money on foolish things)and practising 6.Delayed Gratification (i.e learning to postpone enjoyment so that you can focus on achieving important goals -for example a student who wants to do very well in their exams will give up watching a lot of TV,surfing the internet and give up hours and hours of playing games or socializing with friends and instead they will study hard)
  Wealth that is patiently built (usually over several years) is likely to endure because people through patience,learning from their mistakes,learn how to keep their hard earned wealth by building their wealth brick by brick ).This is why most lottery winners (about 75-80%) lose their fortunes within 5 years -because they did not work to earn it and they did not acquire the discipline that comes with patiently,honestly building wealth- As they say "Easy come,easy go".
