  What Africans don't know about fibroids is that research has shown for many years that consumption of cassava has been shown to be a true promoter of the disease burden. Research conducted in Brazil, and Asian countries by their local and international scientists have shown this. And caution about this particular food has been strongly advised.
  This is NOT known in Africa.
