The other day, it Dr. Dominic Ayine on the sirens and suspended speed limits for Ministers and MPs. With their useless degrees and training, common sense is still scarce to these hopeless morons. The law is made for man and society, not the other way round. Is this hopelessly moronic judge not in our society? Or this imbecile hasn't got children and family?

  Has this moronic judge heard of what happened in Bangladesh concerning a court bogus and out of touch ruling has triggered recent unrest. The court reinstated a bogus quota system that has become out of touch with reality, triggering the unrest and leading to needless deaths. Then out of the blue, it suspended its ruling. Sometimes these bloody morons must know that the law is made for man, not man for the law. The law exists in society, and must reason with society.

  It isn't unconstitutional. It would have been unconstitutional if the government allowed others to push alcoholic beverages while denying the same right to celebrities. It may be the right of people to express their freedom in acting as ambassadors for any legal product, but a government has a compelling reason to deny all citizens the righty push certain products if the government feels public will be easily induced to consuming alcoholic beverages, products that are known not only to adversely affect the health of consumers of alcohol but also the resulting impairment of alcoholic consumers who take to the wheels of vehicles and then cause accidents resulting in injury or death.

  They only ban well known people aka celebrities from diing the adverts. This is why it is unconstitutional. Had it been a blanket ban on advertising alcohol such that no one can promote alcohol, kt would have been perfectly legal.
  As it stands some ghan@ians can do it but others cannot. Who is a wrll known person in the first place?
