If he was competent and not the protocol AG that he really is, he would have realised that there was no merit in taking the case to court. So he would not have begun the proceedings in the first place!
THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IS INCOMPETENT BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW THAT THE CHARGES HE PREFFERED AGAINST DR. ATO FORSON AND MR. RICHARD JAKPA CANNOT HOLD.
