  If MTN has done the right thing by not pre-registering SIM cards and selling them clandestinely to customers, momo fraud will have been a thing of the past. They would deny this and swear by all manner of oaths but the sacred truth is MTN is behind all momo fraud in the system. There is an LI on sim registration but flagrantly being disregard by MTN with support from the sector minister and NCA.
