  I thought Stonebwoy was intelligent. This mentality is what is encouraging the criminals. This damn "we won't prosecute you" is exactly why the crime rate is rising. Criminals knowing they will not be punished, continue to cause anguish in hardworking peoples' lives.
  The level of foolishness and sub-animal behaviour, and tolerance for crime in Ghana at this age baffles me.
  If a person commits a crime, he/her must be punished according to the constitution of the state.
  Africa is really destroying itself with lack of education. Almost everyone is indulging on some sort of crime everyday if you really check. People killing other people because the religiously brainwashed judges and lawmakers have listened to the corrupt government to abolish the death penalty. Look at the spate of murders and armed robberies! J.J. Rawlings is crying on his grave. That was the ONLY real and manly political leader Ghana has been blessed with. What Ghana has politically these days,is pure garbage. We are going down.....and you know what? Your leaders who are feeding the white man, and loading the billions into European and US banks, will be given visas to escape. You the normal guys will remain and be killed. Continue being foolish.
