  This wonderful facility built by Kwame Nkrumah was sold cheap by the NDC government to their cronies. Another important factory was sold to Agyin Asare, that's the current headquarters of Perez Chapel.

  While the Ghana Film Corp played some role in the film industry in the past, it didn't put Ghana ahead of Nigeria. A film industry is buoyed by writers, first and foremost and that is where and why Nigeria leads. Even back in decades of the African Writer Series , it was dominated by Nigerian writers.
