  It all depends on the tastes we grew up with. Tastes are usually acquired during childhood. For example one person's mouth will water when they see soup with snails in it while another man will vomit with disgust. Also someone who grew up abroad might find how stews ,sauces and soups too "hot" because because we like to add pepper and all sorts of spices that they are not familiar with. JOLLOF TASTES DIFFERENT DEPENDING WHERE OR WHO IS MAKING IT. So there is no such thing as "BEST JOLLOF" or best any other food unless the people cooking or eating it come from the same region and have the same tastes.
