Nobody is against someone demonstrating to register his/her displeasure over something but the way he/she does it.
In fact, when I heard about the demonstration against galamsey. I said to myself that we need some of these more in the country so that at least the power that be will know that the whole country is not happy about what is going on currently. Directly or indirectly, every citizen is at risk because of the chemicals being used in the process. We eat and drink from this same soil which has been contaminated by these harmful chemicals.
But during the demonstration, what did we see: burning of someone's property and destructing passersby. Someone who is in a media and supposed to educate the masses is rather clapping for what happened. BIG SHAME. REMOVE THE POLITICAL SPECTACLE AND BE OBJECTIVE FOR ONCE. Aaah!
