The best SHS in Ghana is Prempeh College, and is in Kumasi. The very SHS which has produced highest Number of Medical Doctors is Prempeh College. You can verify. OWASS, as well.
Again the best science and engineering University is KNUST, is it located in your mother's village? is in Ashanti region. Every Academic year, the largest students admitted in these schools are Ashanti's, you can check this too. So keep fooling.
