  The issue is not only about the actors but the messages. Nobody in NDC can explain the 24 hours policy including the presidential candidate, chairman and tge propaganda secretary.

  DKB didn't think through his skit. ATMs have been operating 24 hours and with online banking you should be thinking of driving to a bank to access money.
