The "Delay" woman has adopted a Modus Operandi based on Western models which are often aggressive and theatrical. She is clearly not a very thoughtful person as she should have realised that cultural sensitivities and differences do matter in Ghana. Her audience are not Western or very westernized. To be seen to be blatantly disrespectful to older people is still very much frowned upon. A more seasoned and smart interviwer should have been able to raise all the valid points she did without coming across as disrespectful, sarcastic ,smug or arrogant.
The "Delay" woman still has a lot to learn.
The track record she is building up will for sure limit her effectiveness unless she makes an effort to improve and refine her interviewing approach.It is prudent to avoid excessive sensationalism.
She may have FOR NOW garnered some extra hits online but being rude,disrespectful will result in diminishing returns in the long run.
So Madam "Delay" you need to "shape up".You are doing good but you still have a long ways to go to get to the top of your game.TREAT OIHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM TREAT YOU- This is a great principle to remember throughout the course of one's life.
