  All official vehicles should have a tracking ID using the VIN so that they cannot be stolen. When we buy cars in the U.S we get a Carfax or Carmax report that tells you the original owner of the car

  Yes, A Plus is right. You can't trust Akufo Addo. He never did what he says or rather inserts parochial interest in it. He said he would fight galamsey and it was only meant for his party members to take over. He said he was going to build a cathedral through soliciting funds but it was indeed meant to loot state coffers. He said he was helping citizens against covid-19 even after getting billions of dollars from IMF and World Bank as covid relief but it was meant for him to impose covid levy and use his own nigerian company to rob arrivals at the airport. Through the same covid 19, he and his health minister sold a 9 dollar vaccines for 19 dollars and provided them in millions. The revenue monitoring by sml and kelnigvg were for the purpose of avoiding revenue leakages but were indeed meant to fleece the country. Don't trust that dummy midget octogenarian and his close associates in the npp. They are born corrupt and liars.
