  Well said. Some folks go into politics with the intent of serving, and they do so with good character and never compromising their principles. Then there are those who get into politics who quickly use the corridors of politics to massively enrich themselves at the expense of the very people that they're supposed to be serving. Yes, music does pay more than politics, but it depends on which side of the political coin one is referring to. One corrupt and crooked politician alone can amass more wealth than all musicians combined.

  You cannot have great success in Music without having a winning combination of TALENT+HARD WORK+PERSEVERENCE+ DEDICATION. Networking and money are important but will not by themselves take you far in the Music Arena.
  In contrast you can end up in high office in politics because of connections and networking and access to money and funding even if you lack ability, lack talent and lack integrity.
  TODAY THE WORLD OF POLITICS IS FILLED WITH GROTESQUE CHARACTERS, BOTH MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE DESPICABLE ,TALENTLESS,LACK INTEGRITY ,ARE SELF-SERVING.THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT INTO OFFICE IS BECAUSE OF THE FACTORS STATED ABOVE.THE WORLD IS IN TURMOIL TODAY LARGELY BECAUSE OF THE PRESENCE OF THESE MISFITS IN SEATS OF AUTHORITY. Many of the world's political leaders would not be considered as employable in other fields of endeavor or in other careers.
