  DNA test the two children because she lied to you for 11 years so anything is possible. If they are yours, her act is enough for a judge to grant you full custody of the children. Should that happen, allow her visitations but ONLY in your presence because the children will need their mother. From now on in your life, whenever you see her, think of that morning she told you about the ex before you say hello so your little man does not rise.
  Or better yet, once you find out the children are yours, move them away to another country and cut off any contact with her.
  This will torment her immensely and guaranteed to ruin whatever life she tries to start with the ex baby daddy.
  Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire.
  A person that can live with you and deceive you for 11 years is dangerous to be around because they do not care about you or anyone else for that matter.
