7 years without sex as married people?? This woman isn't fit to be a counselor. One of the things that binds couple is frequent sex & I think lack of this was one of the main contributing factor to the divorce.

From what the woman has been saying, I can conclude that she concentrated much of her efforts on her pastoral work whilst little effort was put into her marital duties. So the man wanting to strike a balance requested that that she cooked for her immediately after she returned from her pastoral assignments. To me this was to tell her that as she was doing her pastoral work, she shouldn't forget her home as well. May be the man went overboard with this leading to the divorce.
