  Wow, so you had to do all that for a woman, an ex, who doesn't know what she wants? it's sex, sex, sex. Well, it's good you've done the needful by letting her out of your life for good. There is no need to tell your woman, so long as you promise yourself with integrity to be there for her than any other woman in this world. By the time your ex returns to Ghana again, you must have married your baby Mama and there'll be no time for extras. But if you choose to tell her, it's also good, I hope the news won't put her pregnancy at risk. Whatever you say to her, be careful and think of how it may affect her. You can also choose to wait till she is given birth. It's all in your hands.

  I think u should personally apologize to her...she will definitely ask u what you she done....tho it's not easy but tell her now than herself finding out later...my humble opinion

  Please no need to tell her. Leave it as it is, when finds out along the way you will know how to handle it.
