Congratulations to you madam Joselyn Dumas..personally I don’t know your educational background but I have always maintained that building a country is not necessarily about book long . the book longs in Ghana have disappointed the country in so many ways so am happy for you..But my biggest concern is that if u are deputy director for diaspora then focus on Ghanaians abroad who could come and help develop the country..don’t come and continue that useless and rubbish program called year of return..it’s purely stupid, it’s purely stupid and foolish initiative..there are more than 4 million plus Ghanaians scattered all over the world..As a govt, your focus should be on how to attract these Ghanaians back home to help build the country since they are Ghanaians and share the same cultural values and upbringing..Ghanaians home and abroad should come together to build our beautiful country..don’t come and continue that useless program started by the failed Npp govt..thank u
