The groups pretitiom is based on the fact that the names appointees are not experts in the field of film and theatre. Being an actor or an actress doesn’t mean you are an expert in the field you are going to head. I don’t know much about film making but the group does and they have done some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism . The issue can be interrogated on its merits. But don’t be quick to say it’s a PHD

It could be termed as PHD syndrome because the list of names the group provided could also serve as a reservoir of knowledge of which the two new appointees could approach and learn from them. Must these guys all be appointed as CEOs and deputies before contributing their quoter to make a difference? Are we not supposed to be having a succession plans as a people? Once these two personalities will humble themselves and go to those experience guys for sound advice and tap into their knowledge and wisdom, I think they can perform better. Imagine one of those appointees is your relative would you be asking the President to revoke his or her appointment? Oooo hoooo! Let's give them some time to prove themselves right or wrong.
