  Blakk this one you got it wrong because it was during his term as the majority leader that the speaker proposed that so if he had agreed it would have been the NDC minority leader at that time who would've become the chairman ...

  You got it wrong from overdose. It was in the 8th parliament of the 4th Republic that the speaker was referring to but not this newly formed parliament . By then Afenyo Markins was in the majority and did not see why power ...

  You got it wrong from overdose. It was in the 8th parliament of the 4th Republic that the speaker was referring to but not this newly formed parliament . By then Afenyo Markins was in the majority and did not see why power should be handed to the minority. Now that he is in the micro minority he regrets not accepting the offer in the past. He would have been more difficult than now.

  Blakk Rasta is very controversial.
  If Afenyo Markins is now saying that he regretted not accepting the position offered him by the speaker when he was the majority leader which could have now been a useful position as the minority leader , then why would Blakk Rasta applaud him. Afenyo chose his party interests over the national interest when he was offered the chair of the appointments committee by the speaker which he now regrets.
