That woman of yours is clearly not interested in preserving her marriage. There are men who turned a blind eye to their wife's abnormal interests in the opposite sex.They allowed their wives to meet up with so-called male friends and work colleagues.Next these women were travelling with work colleagues to "conferences" in other cities and staying in "separate rooms " in the same hotel . This happens in reverse order far more frequently with wayward husbands. In spite of these inappropriate relationships developing many husbands and wives choose to ignore these Red Flags. In one trouble-filled marriage I was acquainted with many years ago, the wife even invited a male work colleague that she was fond of to come and stay with she and her husband for a week after this work colleague had been transferred to another city. This wayward woman had even booked her vaccation to coincide with this "work colleagues'stay with them. The rather dull-witted husband had to be alerted to what was going on by an anonymous tip off. THE HUSBAND FAILED EARLIER ON TO ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE HIS WIFE'S GROWING FRIENDSHIP WITH THS LOTHARIO( Definition: a seducer, libertine, or womanizer). HE FAILED TO CONFRONT HER WHEN SHE WENT AWAY ON "CONFERENCES" WITH THIS SCOUNDREL, HE FAILED TO GIVE HER AN ULTIMATUM WHEN IT WAS CLEAR THAT SHE WAS BECOMING OBSESSED WITH THIS WORK MATE. THIS UNFAITHFUL WIFE WAS HAVING THIS MALE WORK MATE VISIT AND STAY WITH THEM (REMAINING IN THE HOUSE WITH THIS SCOUNDREL) WHILE HER HUSBAND WAS VERY BUSY AT WORK. He rushed home to find his wife lying on the sofa with this male colleage of hers down to his shorts massaging oil onto her back and breasts.It was clear from the clothing strewn across the room what had been going on just before his arrival. I am not trying to make anybody paranoid but all the warning signs were there for months and months and that fool of a husband chose to close his eyes to them.However the husbnad for the first time in his marriage acted like a man and ordered the scoundrel out of the house and invited the wife to follow suit if she wanted. He did all of this without resorting to physical violence apart from raising his voice. Their marriage was on the rocks for a few years.The wife resigned from that work place.I am happy to report that their marriage survived this terrible betrayal.Today she is a very devoted wife and her husband's biggest supporter. Their marriage is now rock solid. But not all marriages in this kind of difficulty have a happy ending.
*CLEARLY THE FUTURE LOOKS BLEAK FOR A MARRIAGE IN WHICH ONE PERSON HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE OTHER AND PUTS THEIR OWN WANTS,DESIRES AND SEXUAL APPETITES ABOVE THE OTHER PERSON'S FEELINGS AND NEEDS.IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A MARRIAGE TO SURVIVE MUCH LESS THRIVE WHEN ONE PERSON IN THE MARRIAGE IS NARCISISTIC AND INSISTS ON HAVING THEIR OWN WAY IN SUCH A TREACHEROUS MANNER.

This guy was her ex boyfriend NOT her EX HUSBAND.I dont think divorce is very necessay at this stage however, sit her down, no attitude from you and and tell you wil not allow her to go to these annivisaries anymore and no contact with the twin brother whatsoever! If she refuses, be a man enough to leave her, although, it will be difficult since you love her. She'll dump you anyway, if she finds somebody better than you. Being a decent man, you'll get a loving lady who treasures you as a husband and won't give heartaches.
