Otumfuo Osei Tutu II is the only king in Ghana. Asante was a full blown kingdom. We didn't need to fight for independence from the British. That's why you don't see any Ashanti among the Big Six ... those who fought for Ghana's independence. Ashanti decided to be part of Ghana together with the Northern Territories and Western Togoland. In the current constitution, Otumfuo is recognized as the only king in Ghana ... PERIOD. It's a shame that a person in the public's eye doesn't even know the constitution.
