Why should you allow yourself to be suffocated by a cheating husband. Men by nature are nit supposed to marry one woman. We are just following what the western world is doing blindly and have diverted from our rich culture.

Woman, talk to your husband to give you too some attention sexually and affection. If you decide to leave the that house, be prepared to pay the new rent and follow your husband wherever he goes. One thing is certain, he will return to that woman even if you move to the OSU castle. Give special attention to your husband so he can stay with you alone. Cheers.

You have to be very careful with this two, because they know themselves before you came in. their relationship is deep is base on mutual agreement between your husband and the Landlady.
What you can do now is to pray and forgive your husband and move on than to hurt yourself with pains within. Again don't just be a house wife but do some work to support your husband income to rent in another place to bring peace in your marriage.
As it stands now, possibility of your husband going along with the Landlady in the same house in high which can even affect your health.
my little advice to you. Be strong !!!
