  You need to forgive your husband. Forgive him but don't forget, that means by Islamic law you may decide to do anything lawful with him such as divorce him or ask for compensation for your kidneys.
  But under no circumstances should you hurt him in any way. By Christian or Islamic law a man is entitled to marry more than one wife. You cannot give life, it is God who gives life, so do not assume that without your kidney he will be dead.
  Never allow the goodness you did to go in vain due to jealousy. You gave him a kidney, and God has noticed it and will reward you, why do you want to nullify that good deed.
  If you really can not stand the other lady, I advise you to go back to your family, don't allow jealousy to lead you to prison or Hell. God will punish you if you harm him. And the government will send you to prison if you harm him.
  The ball is now firmly in your court.
  Don't let the affairs of this world occupy your mind so much that you forget about Heaven.

You would really struggle to find a renal transplant doctor who would be willing to carry out what most specialist surgeons would consider removing a kidney and or or returning it to its original donor a much more difficult and dangerous operation to carry out .This is because the transplanted kidney may have been partially damaged by years of use of immunosuppressant drugs and might also have adhesions (scar tissue) making the procedure much more hazardous for the current recipient of the kidney. The vast majority of doctors take their oath serious and will "do no harm" to a patient. And the original donor's body may even reject his or her own original kidney. I think that the biggest factor here would be the unwillingness of most renal surgeons to carry out such a highly risky procedure which could likely lead to a significant reduction in the quality of life of both patients and reduce their life expectancy.
  So to summarize: SADLY THIS LADY HERE IS UNLIKELY TO EVER SEE HER WISH FULFILLED.
  From a moral and spiritual point of view donating a kidney is one of the highest acts of unselfishness and generosity one human being can give to another. It is an act of godliness that will always result in a blessing in the spiritual and material realm.
  LET'S BE FRANK HERE. THE REALITY IS THAT MOST OF US STRUGGLE TO FORGIVE THOSE WHO HAVE HURT US OR OR DEEPLY WOUNDED US IN SOME WAY.OUR NATURAL HUMAN TENDENCY IS TO PAY THEM BACK,PUNISH THEM OR CAUSE THEM SIMILAR PAIN. BUT IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO LET THE ANGER,RESENTMENT AND BITTERNESS GO. WE MUST PRAY AND SEEK GOD'S HELP UNTIL WE HAVE TRULY OVERCOME THE PAIN( WHICH HAPPENS WHEN GOLD HEALS OUR HEARTS AND MIND). GOD WILL ALWAYS GIVE US DOUBLE FOR OUR TROUBLE IF WE LET THE BITTERNESS GO AND TRUST AND DEPEND ON HIM FOR GRACE FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW.

In countries with well developed Renal Transplant Programs, spouses can donate a kidney to someone who needs a kidney and whose tissues are compatible with their kidney and in turn their own husband or spouse who needs a transplant can get a matching donated kidney from another person (often a stranger living or recently deceased) It is a complex and sophisticated exchange process which requires the right kind of infrastructure and a highly efficient means of transporting transplant organs from one locality to another in a timely fashion. It also requires a very disciplined MEDICAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH (You can find out what this means by loking it up for yourself). SO YOU SEE THE PROCESS OF TRANSPLANTING KIDNESY IS NOT AS STRAIGHTFOWARD AS SOME FOLK SEEM TO THINK. So this story is either a complete fabrication and a fanciful attempt by the author to be interesting or if true then some vital components of the story have been left out.

  What is the saying "What men can do, women can do better". So as a woman, you can do better by taking the situation as it is. You women can't take dose of your own medicine. You don't like what is being done to you eh? Congratulations... Now you know how men feel.
