  No job pays well in Ghana apart from politicians in government or lying so called men/women of God. He started well but couldn't help maintain structures and improve on them. Apart from Ghana, where will you find movie actors fleeing to another country? All our top actors have either joined the Nigerian movie industry or are hustling abroad. Apart from our politicians and pastors everybody wants to leave this country. What a curse!!

  Acting doesn't pay well because those in the industry haven't sat down to think of how to make more wealth in the industry..for starters, there is no Broadway in Accra. Why is that? There is no film industry. You have individuals doing their own little thing but as a collective with govt intentional support? Nothing exists....that needs to happen..investors must back film and theatrical projects..some of these companies must be listed as for profit companies on the gsx..actors must seek formal.training in school before thay are. Ast in projects. Projects must target African and global audiences..when that happens salaries will multiply. Right now you are still using gold coast ideas. So you will get gold coast wages
