  Arrogant youth, especially those who have above average IQs can often assume that they are smarter than their older colleagues( which may be true ) but as anybody who has lived long enough knows THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR EXPERIENCE.
  If you are an older person then by all means offer advice to a younger person once ,advice twice maybe even three times (all in a spirit of humility,remembering your own youthful folly). After that you are well advised to leave them to their own devices.In the meantime if yo can earnestly pray that they will not make mistakes that will impair them for life).
  LIFE'S EXPERIENCES HAVE A HABIT OF STRAIGHTENING OUT OR BEATING OUT ARROGANCE, PRIDE,RUDENESS and ALL FORMS OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR IN SOME YOUNG FOLK. Painful mistakes are often the best and most effective teachers in life's journey.
