  If you are a Christian, then you should know that the act has already happened, as far as God is concerned. You need to confess to God as well as your wife and apologise to her and then together with her find a solution to the problem. Otherwise, you will only be pretending to be who and what you are not. Remember that five minutes of sin could cost you so much that you will live to regret for the rest of your life on earth and even your eternity. Think about it.

  Something similar happened to me. I openly discussed it with my in-law and informed her that, no matter the attraction, under no circumstances should we ever indulge in an affair. That it's an unforgivable abomination. After that, we freely stayed together, and she's now married and moved on. Telling your wife about it can introduce serious complications as women can be irrational and jealous even of their own relatives. So, acknowledging the temptation and putting in place measures to overcome it might help.

  One, the fact that she unintentionally saw you naked in your room when she came there to do her daily chore was no reason for you to find a way to see her naked deliberately. You stoop so low then and disrespected your wife the moment you concocted the idea in your mind to want to see her nakedness too.
  Secondly, if you are a person of morals, you would not have allowed the thought, the idea, or the desire to have sex with your wife's sister, irrespective of her eye-catching and scintillating natural endowment you are privileged to see daily cross your mind. Pity you.
  Thirdly, I think what you should do is wipe the sexual drive that is eating you out entirely from your mind and see her as your wife's sister and not as your Heart's burning desire to have sex with.
  Lastly, let her stay and keep what has happened to yourself, but if she starts coming on you amorously, you should let the secret you've kept to yourself for some time fly and use that as your reason for demanding that she has to let her go.
