  Yes Sir. Excellence is not achieved overnight. Nobody achieves true greatness in just a few years. Whether we are a musician, an actor, a sports man or woman, a scientist ,engineer or any type of specialist aspiring to be great we need to remember that true greatness is formed ,shaped, moulded and developed for years usually while we are out of the of the lime light, without any applauding audience and no recognition and often suffering want and lack. GREAT SKILLS AND EXCELLENCE ARE ALWAYS HONED AND REFINED TO A VERY HIGH DEGREE WHILE YOU ARE STILL LIVING AND WORKING IN OBSCURITY, OFTEN ENDURING YEARS OF ADVERSITY,SETBACKS AND THEN ONE DAY YOU ARE GIVEN A PLATFORM, YOU ARE PUT TO THE TEST AND YOU SURPRISE BOTH YOURSELF AND YOUR AUDIENCE BY THE SHEER QUALITY OF YOUR PERFORMANCE. THAT IS WHEN YOU BIRTH GREATNESS. THAT IS WHEN YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF STANDING HEAD AND SHOULDERS OVER YOUR PEERS,A GIANT AMONG MEN.
