Pray Psalms 23 every day.

Whenever the urge come start praying Psalm 91, cover yourself with the blood of Jesus, ask the devil leave ypu alone that Jesus have defeated him and that you belong to God 1John4:4.

Start reading the bible everyday and keep thinking about the goodness of Jesus and God always.

Finally, think whether your mother might have used some charms for the supermarket and ask God to overcome it for you.
