There are two things to be done here.
If you want to marry her, go and perform the customary duties for her to become your second wife.
You must let your wife know that you put her in the family way and see her response.
She may decide to stay or leave.
If you don't want to marry the woman, take care of her until she delivers. You will also continue to take care of the child until he or she can come and live with you.

Since you confessed she is a virgin, you have got a good woman.
You don't need to confess anything to your current wife. the sin you committed is against God, it has nothing to do with your wife.
Same way if you decide to marry the househelp, it has nothing to do with your wife, and so there is no need to tell her, since you confessed she is a difficult woman. If your current wife finds out in future, try and console her but don't feel guilty about marrying your househlp.
Marry her in secret and find a place for her to stay. However don't do court marriage, because the law allows only 1 wife at a time.
If you are not interested in marrying the househlp, don't confess anything to your current wife, just rent a place for your househelp and try and provide for her needs till the child is up to about 10 yrs, then you both can decide who the child should continue to stay with.
