Whoever this Jackson Brefo is, he needs to be dismissed. He is not mature enough to run such an institution. He cannot effectively advocate for musicians; it seems he only thinks about what benefits him personally to support his own home. Most of the royalties paid are not even distributed to the rightful owners. How can you expect the media houses to pay? They know that the money does not reach the appropriate individuals.
