  Is Osei Kwame Despite a "Doctor" "Dr." Could the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) confirm that he has an 'earned' Doctorate, and which recognised university did he earned that degree. It is important that GTEC sanitizes the public space and continue to name and shame people like 'Dr.' Osei Kwame Despite for deceiving the public into believing that they have doctorate degrees.
