  Illiteracy is bad ooo. What pension scheme should government design for you? There is voluntary contribution option and anybody can contribute.

  I am friends with most of these Tema rappers. I can boldly say that I was among the top 10 best rappers in Tema during the Sarkodie, D Cryme and Stay Jay era. In 2008, when I went to college, some of these musicians were laughing at me. Now I have two masters from two prestigious universities in the UK. I am happy some of them have matured to know the relevance of education. I did not break into mainstream music, but trust me, I am doing alright. Some of these musicians made some few hits, however they got nothing from it and some of them have become destitute. May God bless us all.

  BASIS FOR PENSION AMOUNTS:
  My simple take is the number of lbs of cocoa for a number of years [complexities to be determined by actuaries]
