If so they can file for payment.

If so they can file for payment.
As long as the tv station is not broadcasting at a venue and collects fee (cinema, that is) they can go ahead and telecast certain number of movies withouthl having to notify you or seek authorization

They will only seek authorization if they are showing it for a fee/cinema.
