  I strongly believe this young man has adopted the name of a great Italian Hollywood actor Francesco Sparanero, popularly known as Franco Nero. He was the lead actor in the popular Western (or cowboy) movie The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. If a name has to be adopted, why change it? Maintain the original to be traced back to the actual personality.
