You don't have to lie again. Be truthful and let them know when you were young you were engaged with various men in order to survive because there was no one to assist you.

It was one of those encounters that led to them being a blessing to you. And through them God changed you from your old ways into a new person.

Let them know God has forgiven you, so you are a new person and old things has passed away.

Let them know you did not inform the man and as such he does not know of their existence.

Ask them what they want to do.
