EOCO is not telling the truth. The same car came up in the AduBoahene case. EOCO is looking for that confirmation from Shatta so that they can build thier case on Aduboahene:

How was this car registered if it has. With the current system Amuah should have authenticated the the docs by biometrics bfore registration. Most of the DV numbered vehicles in the country are not not not.
